Content Quality
Amplicast's AI is designed to produce high-quality, engaging content that feels authentic. Here's how it works behind the scenes.
AI transformation pipeline
When content is transformed for a platform, the AI:
- Reads the original content -- Understands the key message, facts, and intent
- Applies your writing style -- Matches the voice from your writing samples
- Adapts for the platform -- Adjusts length, tone, and formatting for the target platform
- Enforces character limits -- Ensures the output fits within platform constraints
Three-layer character limit enforcement
For platforms with strict character limits (X, Bluesky), Amplicast uses a 3-step approach:
- Prompt instruction -- The AI is told the exact character limit upfront
- Intelligent condensing -- If the output is still too long, a second AI pass shortens it while preserving meaning
- Hard truncate -- As a final safety net, content is trimmed to fit (rarely needed)
Platform-specific guidelines
Each platform has built-in guidelines that shape the AI's output:
- LinkedIn: Professional tone, thought-leadership framing, strategic hashtags
- X: Punchy, concise, conversation-starting
- Instagram: Visual context, emoji usage, hashtag strategy
- Bluesky: Authentic, community-oriented, concise
- Facebook: Broad audience, clear call-to-action
These defaults can be customized in the platform configuration.
Image generation
When your content doesn't include an image but a platform requires one (like Instagram), Amplicast can generate an image using AI:
- Images are generated based on your content's topic and message
- Generated images follow your brand's visual style
- You can replace any generated image before publishing
Quality tips
- Provide writing samples -- The more examples, the better the AI matches your voice
- Be specific in topic descriptions -- Vague topics produce generic content
- Review regularly -- Especially when starting out, review generated content and provide feedback
- Use Review mode -- Start with manual approval to build confidence in the AI's output
