A connected account is one social account (e.g. one Instagram Business profile or one Facebook Page). A post is one publish — a piece sent to 3 accounts counts as 3 posts. All limits are totals across your workspace.

Need more within your plan? You can buy one-off AI credit top-ups without upgrading.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day trial with Pro-level access. You add payment details when you choose a plan to continue after the trial.

During your trial you'll receive helpful emails:

Day 3 -- Tips to get the most out of Amplicast
Day 5 -- Reminder that your trial is ending soon
Day 7 -- Trial expired notification with upgrade options

Managing your subscription

Go to Credits & Billing in the sidebar
View your current plan and usage
Click Upgrade or Change Plan to switch tiers
Payment is handled securely through Stripe

Usage tracking

The billing page shows:

Posts used this billing period vs. your plan limit
AI transformations used
Days remaining in your current billing cycle

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Enterprise

For agencies, larger teams, or companies with custom needs, contact us for a tailored Enterprise plan. Enterprise includes a dedicated customer success manager, custom onboarding, priority support with SLA, and pricing based on your volume.
